Class 1 visited Hall Hill Farm today.
Below is a pupils story of his day –
Class 1’s visit to Hall Hill Farm by Aadi
At Hall Hill farm there was a kind lady called Lynn and she kindly let us feed some of the animals. We were excitedly amazed! First, we saw peahens and peacocks. Next, we saw a rooster called Rocky. He had big wings. After that we saw an alpaca. His fur is thicker than a llama’s fur. Then we saw the white pony. Sadly we couldn’t touch the pony. Then we fed the sheep. People said it was scary but the sheep were very soft. Next we saw the highland cows. They were very calm, surprisingly, because we were very loud!
Later we saw a donkey. At least we got to stroke them and they were a little soft. Then we bounced on the bouncy cushion. It was exciting! Then we had a tractor ride. I felt strange.
Then we had lunch. I was starving so I ate all of it except the pepper. Sadly, I didn’t like the pepper. Next we got to milk the fake cow. People were saying its disgusting but it wasn’t.
After that we held the guinea pigs and rabbits. The guinea pigs were feisty! Then we saw Peppa Pig who was trying to bite the bars.
Finally, we had the sheep race but sadly we didn’t win. We went home tired but happy.
